International female climate negotiators visit Rwanda Green Fund investment (Rwanda Green Fund - Monday, 21 October 2019) -- Rwanda has hosted a workshop to strengthening the capacity of French-speaking female negotiators in sub-Saharan Africa as part of efforts to accelerate the implementation of the Paris Agreement. The five day training took place in Kigali and included 20 negotiators who will participate in the 25th session of the conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP25) in Chile in December.
